A clear account of the information we handle.

When you submit a form, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message. We use them to respond to your request and administer relevant access.

Membership and payments

Our member records hold your email address, approval status and a protected version of your access code. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Paid access, when available, uses Stripe-hosted checkout; card details are entered with Stripe.

Security and service providers

Google Sheets stores submitted requests, member records and property information. The hosting service, Cloudflare Turnstile and our security services help deliver the site and limit automated abuse. Information submitted in a form is available to the team handling your request.

Choices and questions

Use the contact form to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or ask us to review its removal. Please avoid sending identification documents, payment details or other sensitive information through the general enquiry form.
